Chicken 65 KERALA STYLE




Chicken 65



Ingredients:-

 • Chicken ( boneless) - 1/2 kg

 • Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp

 • Corn flour - 1 tbsp  ( as required )

 • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

 • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

 • Beaten Egg - 1

 • Lemon juice - 1 tsp ( as required)

 • Food colour red - a pinch ( optional)

 • Salt to taste

 • Oil for frying

Preparation:-

1. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients except chicken and oil, to make a light thick paste,( Make consistency by adjusting corn flour and lemon juice.)

2. Marinate the chicken pieces and set it for atleast 2 hrs.

3 .Heat oil and fry chicken till it turns crispy. Filter the excess oil by spreading it on the tissue paper.

4. Garnish it with corriander leaves, onion, capsicum and lemon.



Chicken 65 is now ready.. Serve it hot.... Enjoy...
