CHICKEN CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOM CHINESE STYLE!!!

CHICKEN CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOM

Ingredients.

  1. Mushrooms
  2. Chicken Kabab
  3. Chilli Powder
  4. Cheese
  5. Salt
  6. oil

Preparation.

Step 1.

Remove the stem of mushrooms and keep it a side.

Step 2.




I used minced chicken what i used for chicken kabab and  chicken koftha in my recipes. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp of chicken koftha mixture and a bit salt and chilli powder and grated cheese in it.

We must not add more salt and chilli as it already contains in chicken. So our stuffing will be like this as you can see in the picture.

Step 4.

We need to stuff the above chicken in the mushrooms as you can see in the picture and add some grated cheese on it.

Step 5.

Pre- heat the oven and place them in a try with aluminium foil and bake them for 15 min at 160c or else we can fry them on non stick pan also.

Stuffed Mushrooms are ready to serve.

As we added cheese on it, it melts and gives slightly brown in colour. Mushroom  will be soft and tender with chicken and cheese on it.
