GRILLED FISH TIKKAS
ingredients:
- Fresh fish (boneless) fillet- 1/2 kg
for the marinade-
- Fresh thick curd- 1/2 cup
- Ginger+garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
- Gram flour(besan)- 1 tbsp.
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
